Inticore advanced technologies, from the house of VJP a 40-year-old manufacturing organization, involved in manufacturing castings and precision components. Inticore was formed based on the accumulated experience of working with multinationals, to provide solutions for the ever-evolving supply chain scenario.

The idea of Inticore is to create the next level of the supply chain for critical mechanical component assemblies. Inticore comes in when there is a need to shift the supply chain and set up dedicated capacities working along with the customer by understanding the history of the manufacturing of the components and setting up the required production line dedicated to this requirement.

We work to innovate solutions to develop an ecosystem of supporting processes that keep the component design and R&D to develop the best method and cost of manufacturing for the commodities within our capabilities.

How we Work

Inticore works with a hybrid manufacturing model.

  1. 1. Collect requirements from prospective customers. Understand existing method of manufacturing.
  2. 2. Analyze feasibility based on capabilities.
  3. 3. Capacity gap analysis. Understand the capacity required to be built for this requirement.
  4. 4. Some processes might have to be outsourced to supplier partners like plating, painting, special machining.
  5. 5. Prepare a hybrid solution to arrive at the best cost of manufacturing (BCOM) for the requirement in discussion.
